Counties' Voters' Pamphlet Languages

Under ORS 251.170, portions of each counties’ voters’ pamphlet are translated into the counties’ list of languages. The formula for inclusion in the list is the sum of the following: (a) the five most commonly spoken languages in the state of Oregon; and (b) the ten most commonly spoken languages in the county that are the primary language for at least 300 people in the county; and (c) any language that previously appeared on the list for the county.
