State Voters' Pamphlet Languages

Under ORS 251.170, portions of the State Voters’ Pamphlet are translated into the state voters’ pamphlet list of languages. The formula for inclusion in the list of languages is the sum of the following: (a) the five most commonly spoken languages in the state of Oregon; and (b) the ten most commonly spoken languages for at least 300 people in any county in Oregon. The list will also include any language that previously appeared in any lists for any county in Oregon, even if the language is not included in the most recent estimates.
