The schools listed below are licensed by the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC). The HECC Private Career Schools Licensing unit serves as the state regulator that licenses private career schools to operate in this state. Without approval or an explicit exemption from regulation by the HECC, a school cannot legally operate in our state or offer certificates or diplomas to Oregonians.
