Important update: Replacement benefits for electronic theft

As of Dec. 21, 2024, the federal funding for replacing SNAP EBT benefits stolen due to electronic theft - like skimming or scamming - has ended. This change means that:

  • Benefits stolen after Dec. 20, 2024 cannot be replaced.
  • Benefits stolen on or before Dec. 20, 2024 may still be replaced if reported under current policy.

We understand this may be frustrating for those affected. Learn what you can do to help protect your benefits.

For other questions or assistance, contact us during business hours at 855-328-6715. We're open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

Please note that this change does not affect replacement requests for benefits lost due to natural disasters or household misfortunes.
