Governance Board Resources

The Universal Health Plan Governance Board is responsible for developing a comprehensive plan to finance and administer a universal health plan and submitting it to the Oregon Legislature by Sept. 15, 2026. In the process of developing this plan, the Universal Health Plan Governance Board will need to rely on expertise beyond its knowledgeable board members.
