Thank you to all who provided input to help DCBS develop a refreshed strategic plan. Your valuable feedback was key to the development and adoption of our plan.
On this page are the DCBS Strategic Plan, DCBS IT Strategic Plan, and DCBS DEI Plan, as well as supporting documents. The three plans reflect and complement each other while driving vision and progress for the agency.
We are eager to track and complete the initiatives in the plan, as well as share regular updates with you. Watch this page for quarterly data and milestones from the strategic plan.
It is important for this plan to reflect the people we serve and interact with, as well as our employees. With that in mind, watch for more opportunities to provide feedback as we implement the 2024-27 Strategic Plan.
