Project Timeline

The project used a phased approach starting with replacing the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) for all state agencies, members of the Oregon Cooperative Procurement Program (OrCPP), and vendors. The second phase added more procure-to-pay features for state agencies beyond what ORPIN offered.
