Oregon has launched a new eProcurement system called OregonBuys, which replaced the old system, ORPIN, on July 1, 2021.

OregonBuys automates the procurement process through web-based applications, helping the state get the best value for goods and services.

ORPIN is still available for historical reference.

To do business with state agencies, you need an OregonBuys supplier account, which is free to register for. Visit the OregonBuys site and click the blue register button in the top right to start. For help with registration, contact support.oregonbuys@das.oregon.gov.
