What is E-Proof?
E-Proof is CCB’s online-based program that enables Oregon-licensed insurance agents to login and instantly submit proof of insurance, electronically, for existing licensed contractors.
This system cannot be used for the following:
- You cannot provide insurance coverage for a new applicant,
- You cannot submit Workers Compensation Insurance coverage, or
- You cannot submit insurance Cancellations.
If you need to submit a new policy, Workers Compensation policy, or Cancellation you can submit to the CCB at P.O. Box 14140 Salem, OR 97309-5052 or by email at
ccb.info@ccb.oregon.gov.
New User?
First, Oregon-licensed insurance agents must complete the
E-Proof Application. The application must be complete, in entirety, and accureate to avoid delay or denial. Please do not submit multiple, or duplicate, applications per agent.
Once your application is approved, the CCB will use your application contact information to create an online account profile. The CCB will send you an email confirmation with an access link to the email listed on the application.
Lastely, use the access link to login and complete your online account profile.

E-Proof FAQ Q: I have not received any communication from the CCB regarding my application or account access. What should I do?
A: The CCB will notify you of your application progress or account access via email. Remeber to check your Junk or Spam folder to make sure CCB communication wasn't flagged as "spam" or "junk" by accident.
Q: What is my login username?
A: The username is assigned by the CCB and will be the email listed on the application packet.
Q: What is my login password?
A: A new user must create their password prior to logging in for the first time. Click "forgotten password?" and follow the instructions to set a password for you account.
Q: What is my Account Type?
A: Your account type should default to "Agent". If not, choose the radio button "Agent" to succesfully log in to your account.
Q: Do I have to be a licensed agent in Oregon if I'm already licensed in another state?
A: Yes. You must be an Oregon licensed agent and Oregon licensed agency.
Q: What if I cannot get the signature of the CEO or owner of the large agency I work for?
A: Please contact the CCB at ccb.info@ccb.oregon.gov to discuss what options might be available to you.
Q: I already have an E-Proof account with my former employer, can I continue to use that profile to submit proof of insurance under my new employer?
A: No. Your login is tied to both agent and agency license numbers. If you change employers, you should submit a
new application with updated information so that the CCB can create a new login for you.
