The Workers’ Compensation Division produces a book of the current workers’ compensation and workplace safety statutes. The book includes a summary of recent legislation.

Most of these statutes are in Chapters 654 and 656 of the Oregon Revised Statutes. All Oregon statutes can be found in the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS).

The laws passed each session can be found at Oregon laws sessions.

The administrative rules that implement the statutes can be found at Oregon Administrative Rules Database (OARD).
