It is a key part of statewide efforts to help local schools and communities ensure that all Oregon youth are healthy and successful learners.

Adults
The
Adult Behavior Risk Factor and Surveillance Survey (BRFSS) is the largest, continuously conducted, telephone health survey in the world. It enables the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state health departments, and other health agencies to monitor modifiable risk factors for chronic diseases and other leading causes of death. The survey is an on-going data collection program designed to measure behavioral risk factors in the adult population 18 years of age or over.
