Perennial Wind Chaser Station was an approved natural gas facility that would have consisted of up to four turbines with a maximum capacity of 415 megawatts.
Status:

At its September 27, 2022 meeting, the Council voted to issue a Final Order with findings of facts, reasoning, and conclusions of law approving both the proposed final retirement plan as the final retirement plan and terminating the site certificate for Perennial Wind Chaser Station.

Western Umatilla County, on approximately 20 acres adjacent to the existing Hermiston Generating Plant. PDF Map | Online Map
