Facilities

Leaning Juniper IIB Wind Power Facility is a wind energy facility located within a site boundary of 7,962 acres (12.4 square miles). The facility consists of 74 wind turbines, with a maximum blade tip height of 492 feet, and a peak generating capacity of approximately 111 megawatts.

Operating. The facility commenced commercial operation in 2011.​

On June 21, 2013, the Energy Facility Siting Council approved Request for Amendment 2 of the Leaning Juniper Wind Power facility site certificate, which authorized allocation of previously approved facility components into two original site certificates for the Leaning Juniper IIA Wind Power Facility and the Leaning Juniper IIB Wind Power Facility.
