250-020-032 Boat Operations on the Willamette River in Clackamas County.  ORS 830.175 allows the State Marine Board to make regulations consistent with the safety and property rights of public or when traffic conditions become such as to create excessive congestion.  ORS 830.195 allows the State Marine Board to regulate boating activities to prevent boating user conflicts.  The rule amendments aim to lessen congestion, reduce conflict on the waterway, and mitigate the impact of wakes on the waterway.

OAR 250-020-0033) Boat Operations on the Clackamas River in Clackamas County. Prohibits boat operations near the Cazadero Dam to a point 100 feet downstream of the PGE Faraday Powerhouse, a distance of approximately 1.8 river miles.

A person must not operate a boat within a 150 semi-circle extending outwards toward the river channel from the southernmost end of Sportcraft Marina dock from May 8 through May 31, 2019 and from September 1 through October 31, 2019.

Amends OAR 250-018-0010. Allows independent operation of personal watercraft by youth age 12 to 15 when competing in a training for a Marine Board-sanctioned competition.
