Each year, when the Oregon state legislature is in session, the Office of Small Business Assistance (OSBA) monitors bills that could potentially affect small businesses. We compile a list of those bills by searching legislation posted in the
Oregon Legislative Information System (OLIS) for certain key words, including but not limited to: small business, business, license/licensure, tax, ombuds/ombudsman, administrative rule, professional, occupational, complaint.
Please note that this information is presented as neutral without support or opposition to any listed bill. While we do our best to find and track most bills that affect Oregon small businesses, these lists are not considered comprehensive.
