The Oregon Racing Commission (ORC) has suspended temporary rule OAR 462-220-0020 (6) and (7) filed November 22, 2024,  nor is the ORC going forward currently, with permanently amending OAR 462-220-0020 to add (6) and (7).

Attached is the notice of proposed rule amendment OAR 462-220-0020 (6)(7). Temporary amendments are actively in affect from 11/22/2024 through 5/20/2025. This is the next required step in the process to make the amended language permanent before the expiration of the temporary.  

The comment period is open and will remain open until 8:00 a.m. January 15, 2025. Written comment maybe sent by email to  Karen.parkman@orc.oregon.gov or sent by US postal service to Oregon Racing Commission – PO Box 366, Gresham OR 97030.  No hearing is scheduled.
