Division 205 and 240 Rulemaking

This Well Construction Rulemaking will update Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 690, Divisions 205 and 240. The updates are needed to implement provisions within House Bill 3343 (2023). This rulemaking will assist OWRD in efforts to:

Exercise its discretion as authorized in HB 3343 to remove the welding proficiency requirement to obtain a monitoring well constructor's license.
