The Continuing Education Committee consists of six members appointed by the Water Resources Commission: 3 members from the well construction industry, 1 member with expertise in safety, 1 member with expertise in groundwater quality/public health, and 1 member from the regulatory community. Members serve 3-year terms and meet 4-5 times per year.
The duties of the Well Constructors Continuing Education Committee are to review and approve coursework submitted by sponsors, and to determine the category and number of continuing education credits (CECs) to assign.
