Each applicant, architect, architectural firm, and holders of the title of "Architect Emeritus," "Architect Emerita," or "Architect Emerit" must maintain current contact information with OSBAE. You are required to notify the Board in writing of changes to any and all contact information WITHIN 60 DAYS of such a change (per OAR 806-010-0095).

FIRMS (ARF)
Notify the Board by submitting the Contact Information Change Form.
If the firm name has changed, complete and submit the Architectural Firm Name Change Application.
