State Personnel Office

The purpose of the Adjutant General Personnel Office (AGP) is to provide direction and services to promote a stable and qualified workforce in the Oregon Military Department while reflecting the state's values of accountability, equity, excellence and integrity. We oversee human resources (HR) functions: Recruitments, HR Policy, Labor Relations, Classification and Compensation, Safety and Workforce Development.

OMD Complaint Form

Anyone who is subject to or aware of what they believe to be discrimination, workplace harassment, workplace intimidation, sexual harassment, sexual assault, or related employment or settlement agreements should report that behavior to the agency designated individual or alternate.

Filing a written complaint is voluntary, but OMD provides a complaint form which can utlized to report any workplace issues or inappropriate workplace behavior to the personnel listed on the complaint form. The form can be found here: Complaint Form.pdf
