Report an Incident or Complaint

Community safety and livability are important to us. To report an incident or submit a complaint, please complete the appropriate online form below. Reports may be submitted anonymously, or you can provide your contact information if you would like us to follow up with you. We will attempt to resolve your concerns in a timely manner.


Alcohol Business Complaints

Use the Alcohol Business Complaint form to report an incident or submit a complaint about an Oregon liquor licensed business (e.g., bar or restaurant).

  • Examples of the types of complaints include alcohol sales to a minor, overservice, illegal activity.

Bottle Bill Customer Feedback
Use the Bottle Bill Customer Feedback form for questions or concerns about current Bottle Bill services in Oregon, including issues with returning your beverage containers to retailers or BottleDrop Redemption Centers.

Recreational Marijuana Business Complaints

Use the Recreational Marijuana Business Complaint Form to report an incident or a complaint about an Oregon marijuana licensed business (e.g., Retailer, Processor, Laboratory, or Producer).

  • Examples of the types of complaints include: recreational marijuana sales to a minor, problems with product, mislabled product.

Report Human and Sex Trafficking

Alcohol service permittees working at a premises with a Full or a Limited On-Premises Sales license are now mandatory reporters for human and sex trafficking. These permittees are required to report any reasonable belief that human and/or sex trafficking is occurring on the licensed premises to law enforcement and the OLCC.

In addition, these permittees are required to report to the OLCC, any reasonable belief that a minor is employed or contracted as a performer at the licensed premises in a manner that violates OLCC rule.
