This section is designed for builders and contractors who want to help homeowners affected by the 2020 Labor Day wildfires and straight-line winds repair, rebuild, or replace their homes and for impacted homeowners looking to begin a reconstruction or repair project. Here you will find all the information you need to understand program requirements, learn about contractor eligibility, and ensure you comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.

As a contractor, if you are already working with a Homeowner Assistance and Reconstruction Program (HARP) applicant or looking to join the program, this section will guide you through the process, from pre-construction meetings to receiving a Notice to Proceed. You can explore key details about eligibility, project types, and milestones to help you deliver high-quality work and contribute to Oregon's recovery efforts.
