The Board of Cosmetology (Board), under the Health Licensing Office (HLO), is notifying interested parties that proposed administrative rules have been filed with the Secretary of State's Office for publication in the May 2024 Oregon Bulletin. Permanent administrative rules are anticipated to become effective on July 1, 2024.
HLO also filed statutory minor corrections for the Board's civil penalty schedules, which are available immediately on the Secretary of State's website and will be published in the June 2024 Oregon Bulletin.
