WIC approved products list

• Oregon WIC APL, Updated October, 2024 (Excel file). Please note: There may be products that are Oregon WIC-approved but not yet on this Approved Products List (APL). See instructions below for submitting products to the APL.
  

• Pictorial Food List (available in English, Spanish, Arabic, Burmese, Chinese, Chuukese, Dari, Karen, Nepali, Pashto, Russian, Somali, Ukrainian, Vietnamese).
  
• eWIC quarterly redemption report (Excel file), April-September 2021.
  

To submit products not currently on the APL that you think may be WIC-eligible, please complete one of the following Oregon WIC UPC Request forms:

• Excel spreadsheet (for submitting multiple products at once, e-mail to wic.upc@odhsoha.oregon.gov)
• Fillable PDF form (for submitting individual products, e-mail to wic.upc@odhsoha.oregon.gov or print and fax to 971-673-0071)
• UPC Intake Form (PDF) for use at the register to record products missing from the APL, e-mail to wic.upc@odhsoha.oregon.gov or fax to 971-673-0071.  
  

Infant formula distributors

WIC authorized vendors are required to order infant formula from authorized sources. See the list below for manufacturers and distributors who are currently authorized. If you don't see your source listed, fill out this form and send it to the Oregon WIC program.
