• Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC) guidance for Harmful Cyanobacteria Blooms (HCBs). The planktonic guide is called HCB-1 and benthic guide is called HCB-2. The guidance also provides a video that will help to identify HCBs in a waterbody.
