Oregon Epidemiologists' Meeting

The 2025 Annual Oregon Epidemiologists' Meeting will be held from April 23rd to April 25th, 2025 at Sunriver, OR.

All lodging reservations are the responsibility of the traveler. Conference registration does not include lodging.

Call for Presentations

Public health practitioners from state, local and Tribal health jurisdictions working in communicable disease control and prevention, assessment and epidemiology, environmental health, informatics, emergency preparedness and response, clinical preventive services and administration are invited to submit presentation proposals.

Priority will be given to proposals that:

Illustrate public-health challenges.
Leverage innovative techniques, tools, and partnerships.
Highlight community or cross-jurisdiction collaboration.
Share evidence-based response to emerging public health events.
Educate colleagues about surveillance, epidemiology, and disease control.
Describe health equity impacts.

Abstracts are due Wednesday November 27^th, 2024. A PDF of the survey is attached for reference.

OR Epi presentations will be organized into five tracks: General Communicable Disease; STDs, TB, HIV; Community Health; Emerging Events; and Informatics. Each track will include one 30-minute breakout session, four 45-minute breakout sessions, one 90-minute breakout session, and a plenary presentation. Breakout sessions may be subdivided to connect complementary work.

Applicants will be notified of the status of their submissions by January 6th, 2025.

The number of Sunriver Resort rooms available for conference attendees is limited, with an estimated three rooms available for each local and Tribal public health agency; please contact your organization's administrator to coordinate.
