Logo resources and guidelines

In August 2024 the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) released a new logo.

How was the logo developed?

A draft logo was created in-house and in April 2024, OHA staff voted on two final design options. In May 2024, OHA held a focus group with community partners across Oregon.

The sunrise represents health, vitality and hope. The new logo colors have more contrast and are easier to read.

You can download our logo from the link below. It's important you use the current version of the logo. Please use the link below and don’t download a logo from a Google search which may be out of date or incorrect.

Logo use

Follow these rules when using OHA's logo to ensure consistency.

Logo clear space

No other graphic elements are to touch, overlap or be combined. The space around the logo must be no smaller than the width and height of the “O” in “OREGON”.

Logo minimum size

To ensure that we maintain legibility of the logo the minumum height must never go below 0.5 inches.

Please avoid:

Effects

Do not use effects such as stretching, blurs or drop shadows. The sun and the “O”s are all perfect circles and it should be apparent if stretching has inadvertently occured.

Split elements

Never split the elements. Always use the logo in it’s entire form.

Rotating

The Oregon Health Authority logo should always be read horizontally and should not be rotated or distorted in any way.

Placing over image

Do not place the logo over an image.
