Benefit Plan Options
OEBB offers its members a wide variety of benefit plan options, including not just healthcare coverage (medical/Rx, dental, and vision) but also optional coverage types such as life and disability coverage, long term care insurance, an employee assistance program, and pre-tax savings accounts.
It's important to note OEBB-participating entities (the employers who offer OEBB benefits to their employees and early retirees) get to choose which plans to offer from this broad menu, and not all OEBB members have access to all plans.
