Monthly Enrollment Report

The Medicaid Enrollment Report is an interactive dashboard that allows users to explore data about who is enrolled in Oregon's Medicaid program, which is known as the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). The dashboard is updated each month (typically by the tenth) with current data from the prior month.

OHP Report Descriptions

  • Capitation Rate Development – How OHA sets the payment rates for OHP health plans. For current rate development documents, visit the OHP Rate Development page.
  • Consumer Assessment of Health Plans and Systems (CAHPS) – Reports on OHP member satisfaction with their health plans. For current CAHPS reports, visit OHA's CAHPS Survey Banner books page.

  • Enrollment – How many OHP members are in OHP health plans (dental, mental health or coordinated care organizations). You can view reports by county or eligibility group.
  • Historical Documents – Background information about the OHP.
  • Per Capita Cost Reports – The amount OHA expects to spend per OHP member on health care services during each budget period. For current rate development documents, visit the OHP Rate Development page.
