Lived Experience Advisory Panel (LEAP)

Overview

The Lived Experience Advisory Panel shares their experience using open card (also known as fee-for-service) Oregon Health Plan (OHP) benefits. Panel members will help Oregon Health Authority (OHA) make policy and program decisions based on member needs.

Membership

Panel members can be:

OHP open card members
Direct family of OHP open card members
Community health workers
Certified OHP assisters
OHP member advocates

Panel members may be eligible for $178.00 for each day of work on the panel.

Meetings

OHA holds all meetings virtually. Meetings are the third or fourth Monday of each month at 1 p.m. Pacific Time.
