Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act (Measure 110)
In November 2020, Oregon voters passed Measure 110, or the Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act. The measure’s goal is to establish a more health-based, equitable and effective approach to drug addiction in Oregon by shifting the response to drug possession from criminalization to treatment and recovery.

Health Professional Services Program
The Health Professional Services Program is a confidential monitoring program for health professional licensees who are unable to practice with skill and safety due to a substance use disorder, a mental health disorder, or both types of disorders. Uprise Health provides the program. The program operates under ORS 676.190 and OAR 415-065.
