The Health Care Market Oversight (HCMO) program is implemented in accordance with OAR 409-070-0000 through OAR 409-070-0085. Materials and correspondence related to rulemaking process and Rules Advisory Committee meetings are included below.

Current Rulemaking

HCMO held two rules advisory committee meetings in September 2024, the recordings are linked below. In October, HCMO sent the proposed rules to the Secretary of State.
