The entities submitted a Determination of Covered Transaction Status form to OHA, requesting that OHA determine whether the transaction is subject to Health Care Market Oversight review. OHA concluded that this transaction was not subject to HCMO review. The entities involved in the transactions below gave OHA permission to post the following determination letter:
