Create Your Workday Learning Account

Choose one self-registration link below to create a single account for the appropriate affiliation. Multiple account requests for the same user will not be approved. Follow the steps in this job aid to Create an Extended Enterprise Learner Account (EELearner) in Workday. After your account is created and approved, you will be able to take state-offered training.

Oregon Health Authority

OHA Affiliation Oregon Health Authority (OHA) offers community partners, providers, contractors, volunteers, and non-state affiliates access to training opportunities in relation to providing services on the behalf of OHA only. To browse and enroll for courses in the shared OHA learning catalog please use this link to create an account.

Oregon State Hospital

Oregon State Hospital Affiliation (OSH) Oregon State Hospital (OSH) offers community partners, providers, contractors, volunteers, and non-state affiliates access to training opportunities in relation to providing services on the behalf of OHA and OSH only. To browse and enroll for courses in the shared OHA and OSH learning catalog please use this link to create an account.

Oregon WIC

WIC Affiliation Oregon WIC offers staff training for WIC Local Agency staff and WIC contactors for providing WIC services to participants. Please use this link to create an account to browse and enroll in courses for WIC Staff shared with the Oregon Health Authority catalog.


Existing account users please login to Workday with current credentials. You do not need to create a new account.


Getting Around Workday

This self-guided training, Your Workday Learning Account, provides an overview of the most commonly used features in Workday Learning including how to access learning assigned to you, enroll in courses and other commonly used functions. Like other software, Workday regularly makes updates and improvements to their software. Please see the job aid Navigation for Workday for help on the latest changes in Workday.

Transfer iLearn Training Records to Workday Learning

Once your Workday Learning account is created, you can choose to have your iLearn training records transferred to Workday Learning. To request this transfer, log into your Workday account, click the Helpful Links icon and then click the link Request a Record Transfer from iLearnOregon to Workday to complete the request form. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your request.

Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your Workday password, use this self-service process to reset it.

Proof of Course Completion

If you need to provide documentation that you’ve completed a course, please see the job aid titled Certificate of Completion.

Learning Transcript

If you need a transcript record of the learning you have completed in Workday, see My Transcript.
