Fiscal and Business Operations works with all Public Health Division programs and outside parties to ensure consistent alignment and effectiveness of resources and business practices.
This unit is responsible for the oversight of fiscal and business operations across the Public Health Division. Fiscal staff are responsible for development and execution of the Division budget, contract oversight, and administrative and human resource support. Operations staff develop solutions, facilitate communication and remove barriers to ensure success at all levels of the division, including a focus on quality improvement, workforce development, safety and risk management, and policy and procedure improvements.
