Health care providers are required by law to report certain diseases and conditions; those reports should be made to the patient's local health department. On-Call Duty Officer: 971-246-1789
The on-call duty officer is the Public Health Division's 24-hour central point of contact for urgent issues. The duty officer directs calls to specific programs. During business hours, normal program contacts are encouraged. For after hours issues, or if you can't reach the program, contact the duty officer.

OERS is the primary point of contact by which any public agency provides the state notification of an emergency or disaster, or requests access to state or federal resources.
