Oregon Health Matters Survey (OHM)

Twice a year the Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention (HPCDP) section reaches out to Oregon adults to compete a survey about health behaviors and attitudes. Data collected from this survey help guide health policy and programming efforts for the State of Oregon.

  • Online survey administered to address data-base sampling (ABS) and web panel respondents.
  • At least 2,500 respondents from each administration of the biannual (spring and fall) survey.
  • For more information about the survey or to request results, contact us.

The OHM Survey focuses on health risk behaviors, attitudes and perceptions related to policy goals. If you want to learn more about the OHM Survey please contact us at hpcdp.surveillance@dhsoha.state.or.us
