Nursing and Direct Care

OSH nursing and direct care staff are vital partners in patient recovery. In these roles, you support patients as they progress through stabilization and move toward recovery. You will help them build upon their existing strengths and develop the skills they need to return to life in their communities.

Our staff enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, modern facilities and technologies and opportunities to teach residents and medical students, all in a warm and friendly culture.

We have excellent opportunities for psychiatric nurse practitioners, registered nurses (RN), licensed practical nurses (LPN), mental health therapy technicians, behavioral health specialists, certified nursing aides, medical assistants, qualified mental health associates, nurse managers and direct care staff.

What you will do

“I get to work with the sickest and most vulnerable people in the state of Oregon and it’s an honor to help them on their journey and to see them slowly improve and gain hope and look to the future. … There’s a joy to this work.”

- Diane, Registered Nurse
