Apply to join the Disability Health Advisory Panel
OHP members with disabilities and chronic diseases are encouraged to apply
The Health Evidence Review Commission manages the Prioritized List of Health Services and related guidance. The commission is forming a new Disability Health Advisory Panel. The panel's purpose is to improve the commission's research practices when considering treatments and services related to disability and chronic diseases.
The commission is seeking Oregon Health Plan members to join the panel. Please consider applying if you are:

This is to make sure you get letters from ODHS and OHA. We may need to contact you about renewing your OHP, long-term care services and supports, or SNAP food benefits.
When you get your letter, please do what it asks. You may need to send more information or schedule an interview.
