About the Member Engagement and Outreach Committee (MEOC)
MEOC is a forum for the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to work with coordinated care organizations (CCOs) and other parties to:
- Share input on policies.
- Support culturally and linguistically appropriate engagement.
- Resolve issues that arise related to communications to Oregon Health Plan members.
- Share best practices and resources related to operations.
Who Should Attend?
We invite any staff who:
- Work with CCO member escalation issues,
- Work in CCO member communications, or
- Have a community perspective.

MEOC Is a Public Meeting
MEOC meets the third Wednesday of every month.
Public Comment Information
MEOC welcomes community input. Members of the public can provide input via
this online form. Please limit comments on this form to 1,000 words. If you would like MEOC to share your comments at the next meeting, please submit them at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. This will help us make sure we share your comments with committee members timely. Any materials provided to committee members become public documents.
During the meeting, you can send a Teams message. We also have time after each agenda item for the public to comment. Comments are limited to two minutes per person and are subject to time availability.
