The Special Terms and Conditions (STCs) of an approved 1115 waiver list:

One of the requirements for Oregon's 1115 waiver is to assess how the state is meeting its goals, implementing key policies and serving OHP members. CMS approved the evaluation design on Sept. 29, 2022.
