Current Status

The Health Care Market Oversight (HCMO) program reviews health care business deals, like mergers and acquisitions, to make sure they will help Oregon’s shared goals of health equity, lower consumer costs, increased access, and better care. 

OHA accepted a complete notice on March 14th, 2024 and is currently conducting a 180-day comprehensive review of this transaction. OHA is currently expecting to issue a proposed order by the end of December 2024.
