6/4/2020 EbGS reviewed the public comments and the draft coverage guidance and voted to pass this coverage guidance on to HERC who will next meet August 13, 2020.
3/23/2020 Devlopment of this coverage guidance is suspended. We are suspending committee meetings so as not to distract health care system representatives from their critical efforts to address COVID-19, and will let you know at a later date when we expect to resume.
