REALD Workgroups

Overview 

In fall 2020, the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) convened two workgroups to support and coordinate implementation of the REALD provider reporting and data collection requirements required by House Bill 4212 (2020):

• The Technical Workgroup convened Phase 1 provider organizations and technical experts to discuss necessary updates to EHR systems, public health data reporting options, workflow, and other implementation details. 
• The Tiger Team convened to address specific REALD implementation issues identified by the Technical Workgroup, including to crosswalk REALD data to existing data reporting requirements (e.g., CEHRT, HRSA and NIH) and structures.
