Search Advice
Use the Case Management System (CMS) to search for advice issued by the Commission or Commission staff. The analysis and advice provided is issued under how the current provisions of law may apply to the specific circumstances presented.
View Advice
How to Search Advice
1. After clicking on the "View Advice" button above, you'll be taken to our Advice Search. You can enter in your keyword or click on "Advanced Search" to view more filters for your search.
2. Once you've entered your keywords and any relevant filters, click the green "Search" button.
3. Once you've made your selection from the populated search results, click on the Advice Number to view more information.
4. From the pop-up, you'll click on the file name to have the issued advice (or request) downloaded to your computer for viewing.
