Commission Meetings

The Oregon Government Ethics Commission (OGEC) meets approximately every six (6) weeks.  The meetings normally begin at 9:00 a.m., and meet both in the OGEC office and online.  Meetings are typically held on Fridays, but may occasionally change.  Please refer to the list below for specifics.

The regular session portions of OGEC meetings are open to the public. The phone number and MS Teams link to join the meetings are posted in the regular session agendas.

For questions about accessibility or accommodations for persons with disabilities, or to request a translator, interperter or other communication aids, please contact Becky Maison at (503) 378-5105 or becky.maison@ogec.oregon.gov.

Members of the media can contact OGEC staff with questions or to request information at media@ogec.oregon.gov.

OGEC asks that members of the media who plan on attending Commission meetings online or via phone, email in advance with their name, media entity, agenda item(s) interested in, and how they plan on attending the meeting prior to the meeting day.

If you believe the Oregon Government Ethics Commission has violated a provision of Public Meetings Law, written grievances can be submitted in-person, by mail, or via email. Grievances should be sent or delivered to OGEC's Agency Programs Administrator, Becky Maison, who has been designated as the person to whom a grievance may be submitted.

To submit a grievance in-person, you must submit the written notice to our front desk staff during business hours. Our office is open 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. The address is 3218 Pringle Rd SE, Suite 220 in Salem, Oregon 97302.

To submit a grievance by mail, please mail your grievance to the same address listed above. Please include "Attn: PML Grievance" on the envelope.

To submit a grievance via email, please email the grievance to mail@ogec.oregon.gov and begin your subject line with "PML Grievance:". If you have any questions about submitting a Public Meetings Law grievance, you may call our office at (503) 378-5105.

OGEC will respond to your grievance within 21 days.

The final results of the cases before the Commission (Case Dispositions), filed reports (Statement of Economic Interest, Lobbying Expenditure Reports), and advice and opinions issued by the Commission and staff are available via our Public Records page.
