The Legislative Equity Office (LEO) is responsible for the Respectful Workplace Training. To register for a training, please see the list of upcoming trainings and links to the Workday registration on their website.
For help logging into your Workday account to access the training, please contact the LEO.
Effective January 1, 2021, all registered lobbyists are required to attend at least two hours of Respectful Workplace Training annually (ORS 171.742). Training is provided and governed by the Oregon State Legislature, Legislative Equity Office.

Lobbyists are required to report their commitment to taking this training and enter the completion date of the training in EFS annually. Instructions for Reporting Respectful Workplace Training.
