The Oregon Department of Emergency Management observes all state holidays including: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
