The Local Programs Advisory Committee, or LPAC, is a forum led by the Oregon Department of Transportation that provides interdisciplinary and interagency counsel to ODOT programs that serve local agencies. LPAC is the successor to the former ODOT Local Programs Leadership Team, or LPLT. All references in guidance and documents to LPLT are replaced by LPAC.
