A note: As we were finalizing this episode focusing on ODOT's incident responders, new​​s broke of the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland. Incident responders there played a key role in the tragedy not being more tragic. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this incident, including our transportation colleagues, especially the crew members who were working on the bridge at the time of the collapse.
